京華初夏,，驕陽似火,，在象征著五洲和平的友誼賓館，迎來了2019首屆中國機動車拍賣國際論壇,。來自全球近200位相關業(yè)界人士共同見證這一盛況,。與會專家和同行就全球機動車拍賣的格局變化、新興模式,、多元服務,、發(fā)展前景等進行深入交流，從多個維度論證了行業(yè)的廣闊性和長遠性,，發(fā)表了諸多見解,，達成了諸多共識。
In this beautiful early summer in Beijing, the 1st China Auto Auction International Forum 2019 was successfully held in the Friendship Hotel, whose name symbolizes global peace. Nearly 200 people from relevant industries around the world witnessed the grand occasion. Experts and colleagues at the forum had in-depth exchanges on the market pattern changes, new models, diverse services and development prospects for global auto auction and demonstrated the far-reaching and long-term nature of the industry from multiple dimensions. Their heated discussions have yielded fruitful results, with many consensus reached.
改革開放大潮讓中國經(jīng)濟走上了繁榮發(fā)展之路,，奠定了中國汽車市場發(fā)展的基礎,。如今中國汽車市場已經(jīng)成為全球第一大新車市場，在融入全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展大環(huán)境的背景下,，我們正在探索實現(xiàn)汽車市場可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑,。
The Reform and Opening-up Policy has put the Chinese economy on the track of prosperity and development and laid the foundation for the development of China’s auto market, which has now become the world’s largest new car market. As China is integrating itself into the global economic development, we are exploring effective ways to achieve sustainable development of the auto market.
我們認為，中國已經(jīng)成為汽車保有大國,，盤活存量,，繁榮二手車市場，是保證汽車市場實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略,，機動車拍賣則又是二手車交易的重要方式,。拍賣以其“公開、公平,、公正,、高效”的特性正在我國二手車流通中發(fā)揮著越來越重要作用,。拍賣企業(yè)要做好角色定位，轉(zhuǎn)變服務理念,，加強同各業(yè)態(tài)企業(yè)的廣泛合作以及線上線下的深入融合,，創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，推動機動車拍賣業(yè)走向成熟,。
We believe that the revitalization and prosperity of the used car market are important to the sustainable development of the car market in China, one of the leading countries in terms of car ownership. We also realize that auto auction is an indispensable way of trading in the used car market. Auction, featuring “openness, fairness, justice and efficiency”, is playing a more vital role in the distribution of used cars in China. Auction companies should improve their positioning, renew service concepts, strengthen cooperation with various business models, enhance online and offline integration, and embark on the road of innovation-driven development, so as to promote the development of China’s auto auction market.
通過國際嘉賓的發(fā)言進一步印證,，中國的機動車拍賣業(yè)與發(fā)達國家還有很大差距，我們本著“開放,、共商,、共建、共享”的理念,，加強國際間交流,，增進互動，探索合作,。我們繼續(xù)堅持走改革開放的路線,，與世界各國團結共進。我國機動車拍賣業(yè)的發(fā)展需要與國際接軌,，借鑒國際先進理念,、成熟模式和成功經(jīng)驗。同時,，我們也歡迎國際機動車拍賣業(yè)的巨頭來華投資發(fā)展,，中國有著廣闊的市場。
Speeches given by the foreign participants of the Forum have furthered shown that China’s auto auction industry is still falling behind that in developed countries. Upholding the principles of “openness, wide consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits”, we will continue to strengthen exchanges, enhance interaction and explore cooperation opportunities.We will remain committed to the Reform and Opening-up Policy and work with all countries in the world. The development of China auto auction industry should be synergized with the world, learning from the advanced development philosophy, mature models and successful experience in international practices. Meanwhile, we also welcome global auto auction giants to invest and develop in China’s vast market.
